The Keto diet is so hot right now. Chances are pretty good you know someone doing Keto or you’re doing it yourself! No carbs is always tough because bread is very good, but there are plenty of places to go when you’re staying strong. Let’s take a look at some of the best places to eat when you’re on the Keto diet!

If you’re doing keto, we’d be doing you a great disservice by not telling you about Delicieux. they’ve made keto a big part of their menu in the past few years, offering things once thought unimaginable, like keto cake, keto bread and even KETO TACOS! Even though we’re Realtors, we cannot help you move into this restaurant. We’d like to, but we can’t.

If you find yourself downtown craving a pie, BYOPizza was made for you. They have six different types of crust! Several of them would be perfect for keto, including the above sweet potato crust! Ok, so you cant have the pad Thai or the fried rice, but don’t worry, Everyday Thai lives up to its name. The soups and salads are both keto friendly if you skip the rice. Just listen to the goodness included in the som-tam salad: Traditional Thai sweet and sour salad of shredded green papaya, carrots, tomatoes and roasted peanuts. How about the flavor explosion in the tom kha gai soup: A tart and spicy chicken soup with galangal, kaffir lime leaves, lemon grass, mushrooms, tomatoes, and coconut milk, topped with green onion and cilantro. See, you can pass on the pad Thai!
900 E Battlefield Rd #140
Of course, the folks at MaMa Jean’s would have a delicious natural menu at their restaurant on Battlefield. They have so many great options for Keto-ers! Check out this Greek grape salad! If that’s not your speed, you can make up your own. They have a nearly endless supply of possible combos for salads!

One of the newest hot spots in Springfield, The Rock is a staple of Quarrytown in Galloway. We seriously recommend the Fit Bowls for Keto-ites. You can mix and match a combo of cauliflower rice, veggies, protein and some amazingly flavorful sauces. If you’ve been missing your old friend pizza, they have a delightful cauliflower crust and several tasty little pies that make a perfect lunch.
3333 S. Glenstone
The salad bar at Lucky’s is absolutely delicious! They’ve got everything you need to make the perfect lunch, including guac with mini peppers instead of tortilla chips! It’s also the perfect place for lunch so you can pick up some healthy ingredients for dinner too!

You know what’s always ok on the Keto diet? Meat! Maybe skip some of the barbecue sauces, but mouthwatering smoked ribs, brisket and other meats are always acceptable and Smokin’ Bob’s is a great place to try if you haven’t yet. We won’t name names but we’ve heard people rumbling that they might like Smokin’ Bob’s more than City Butcher! Blasphemy right?! Well, it must be pretty good if anyone would challenge the kings of Springfield barbecue, even if it is in a passing conversation.
